For more than thirty years, Zhengchang has been committed to the research and manufacture of biomass briquette project. It has already undertaken a Russian and Vietnamese Double 508 production lines, Brazilian Four 768 production lines of wood pelleting project; Shenyang City Public four 508 production lines of straw pelleting project; Shanxi 850 straw brick works; forage briquetting and pelleting project for Zhangye Daye company and other types of biomass projects more than a hundred sets.
Zhengchang has special straw and sawdust pellet mill, straw briquetting machine, coarse grinding (straw rub, disc grinding) and other biomass straw pelleting and briquetting equipment. Direct-coupled gear transmission is mainly applied into the briquetting and pelleting equipment, which is high transmission efficiency, high yield and good stability. Straw pellet mill is designed to suppress variety of stalk, with a forced feeding mechanism, to ensure a uniform and reliable feeding. Brazilian 16t/h sawdust pelleting production line is designed by Zhengchang, which is China's largest export sawdust pelleting project with most complete processing sections and highest degree of automation.
Zhengchang leads the Ministry of Science’s "Eleventh Five-Year" major scientific and technological project: biomass briquette fuel processing and key equipment research and development. Straw briquette processing unit is successfully developed, which provides a new equipment to store clean renewable fuels. This will help rural wheat straw, rice straw, canola straw, corn stalks, sorghum stalks, cotton stalks, mulberry strips turning waste into treasure. These renewable resources save a lot of fossil energy, which will reduce pollution. The sawdust pellets can be used both for for electric power generation and industrial boiler combustion. Not only the project is very profitable, but also the governmental policy is preferential and support it.
